A valid government-issued ID and a credit card for the deposit. That's it — no lengthy paperwork or approval process.

What are your rental rate options?

We offer daily, weekly, and monthly rates on all rental equipment. The longer you rent, the better the rate. Prices are listed on each equipment card in our inventory.

What are your hours?

We're open Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Closed on weekends. Need to arrange a pickup or drop-off outside those hours? Give us a call and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

What is an RPO (Rental with Purchase Option)?

An RPO is a rental agreement that includes the option to purchase the equipment at the end of the term. Here's how it works: the purchase price and terms are agreed upon before the RPO begins — 80% of every rental payment you make goes toward that agreed price. RPO terms are 12 months or less. The customer is responsible for routine maintenance during the term; warranty repairs remain covered. Note: RPO pricing cannot be added after a standard rental has already started unless both parties agree to new terms in writing.

Can you help me sell my equipment?

Absolutely. IES offers equipment brokerage — we can purchase your machine outright or market it through our network of buyers. We handle excavators, dozers, skid steers, CTLs, telehandlers, aerial equipment, and attachments.
